		<description><![CDATA[According to Vote for the Environment, smart or strategic voting will give a very different outcome in the federal election.
       
Strategic voting could result in the Conservatives getting as few as 75 seats, the Liberals 123, the NDP 52,  the Greens 1, the Bloc 55 and 2 Independents.
        
We are not advocating that you vote for a particular party only that you vote against Stephen Harper's Conservatives.
